CROSS OF ST BRIGID
Irelands second saint, St.Brigid, lived in the fith century, a time when St.Patrick brought Christianity to this land. St. Brigid is remembered for the Kindness and loving help shown to all. Her life is marked every February when crosses are formed from rushes into the symbol of her work.
