Complaint Handling Procedure

Cancellation Rights
In response to the new European Directive on distance selling, incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000, the consumer will have the right to cancel and return goods (for free) within 7 days of receiving them as long as they have not been used and are in the original packaging. The customer is not obliged to give a reason for this return, and we will refund within 30 days of receiving the goods back (cancellation).
Delivery
UK orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days, EU orders 7-10 working days and all other overseas orders will be delivered within 20 working days. For any further information, please e-mail us at the address below.
Returns and Exchanges
Island Turf Crafts is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not completely happy with what you ordered, you can return it for an EXCHANGE. Products MUST be exchanged within 21 days of date of dispatch and remain unused and in the original packaging and labelling. You must contact us by email, website form or telephone before sending the returned item. Your order will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the goods back. Any order returned with no faults will incur a 10% restocking fee in order to cover admin, testing and postage costs.
